This 3-year program will be starting on January 3rd 2022 and is approved by the ECVIM-CA. Applicants must have successfully completed a 12-months rotating internship or have gained equivalent experience during at least two years in small animal practice and showed special interest in oncology.

The candidate must have good knowledge of the French and English languages.


Program Description:

The program encompasses responsibility in internal medicine and oncology cases and includes internal and external rotations (in France and United States). Diplomates of different specialties are on-site (internal medicine, surgery, clinical pathology, pathology, anesthesiology, imaging).

The resident will be involved in a clinical research project. He will give 2 oral presentations at international congresses (ESVONC, ECVIM). He will participate to pathology, clinical pathology rounds, to a yearly oral presentation at a residents’ forum and to weekly journal clubs. The candidate will also be involved in clinical teaching of students and interns. The objective of the program is to qualify the applicant to the ECVIM-CA examination and certification.
